Not bad. You've got some fairly nice pencil work here. The shapes are well defined and you made a good go at the shading.

There is room for improvement here. My first suggestion is about the presentation of your images. Invest in a good image editor. It's not as expensive as you think. GIMP is compared to Photoshop pretty often, and GIMP is freeware. You need to sharpen up your lines and magnify your whites, and resize the image so that it's not so huge I can't look at the detail and the shapes at the same time.

Secondly, while you made a good stab at the shading and got fairly OK gradients on your shapes, the shading itself is a little rough. Literally. I can still make out the pencil strokes. Try finding easy ways to blend your pencils. I suggest investing in tortillions (small rolls of paper with pencil-like points at the end, used specifically for blending pencils, colored pencils, charcoals and pastels. Can be found in any craft store.) because the point allows for better control, but you can use anything from your finger and a little toilet paper to a q-tip. I'd also suggest covering every single inch of the shape in a minimum of light pencil, and using your eraser to pick out the hottest white highlights.

It's not bad, and having room for improvement isn't a bad thing. Make good presentation a priority (Get good scans, clean them up in Photoshop or Gimp, and try to find a good balance between optimization and apperance) and work on your blending.
